The type of person we are looking for: 1-2 years' experience in a production, project coordination, or creative operations role (agency or in-house). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude. Interest in fashion, retail, or creative industries is a plus. Familiarity with production processes (shoots, budgets, creative workflows) desirable but not essential.
