As a senior member of the team, this role will be expected to drive brand consistency across all Printed Packaging assets within the Aesop Catalogue and manage the artwork standards within each category. The Product Artwork Manager will work closely with both DMI and Operations Leaders to maintain the Aesop brand and customer experience, supporting team to deliver aligned outcomes. Additional to building strong relationships internally, the role will maintain solid relationship across key printed material suppliers globally to drive commercial, sustainability and innovation objectives for our products. Role responsibilities include, but not limited to - Leadership & Team Management Manage and develop the Product Artwork team, fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability. Oversee workflow, project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and process improvement. Conduct regular development discussions, providing feedback and coaching to empower team success. Project Oversight & Delivery Allocate and prioritise workload to ensure timely delivery across the pipeline. Maintain visibility of project status, monitor performance indicators, and manage budgets and technical costs. Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams (DMI, Operations, R&I, SRCM) and externally with suppliers to meet brand standards and maximise outcomes. Artwork Creation & Standards Manage artwork asset creation from concept through to final approval, ensuring brand consistency and customer experience. Apply and maintain category standards in partnership with Heads of Category, Marketing, and Creative teams. Support lifecycle management of artwork assets across platforms (TAG, Asset Portal, SharePoint). Continuous Improvement Drive process optimisation and implement new systems to enhance development and packaging workflows. Champion innovation and sustainability within the team and across stakeholder groups. This is a full time position operating with a hybrid working pattern.
