Job description

The main responsibilities will include: support with the samples and selling tool management, including updates and working to the critical path dates support with seasonal appointments including scheduling, timing, format, preparation and order entry support all distribution partner queries, attend when required territory visits complete territory write-ups and follow up on action points support with order subbing, cancellations and seasonal send out order confirmations update the linesheets with any weekly sample updates- changes and cancellations support with any seasonal financial planning targets and review The role reports directly to the Sales Director and the International Sales Manager whilst also working alongside the wholesale sales and office management team at Brand Stable. Tools to Trade: experience within fashion company at wholesale level good computer skills such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point knowledge of the wholesale market place, fashion trends and brand adjacencies Application: Please apply with a CV and cover letter via the application form.

Profile

Working with the Sales Manager as part of a strong team consisting on another Junior Sales Executive and a Sales Director and Office Administrator.

support in selected international territories, development and production of seasonal selling tools, samples, critical path management, as well as day to day tasks
excellent communication and presentation skills
self-motivation and the ability to work towards set sales targets
good organisational and administrative skills
able to communicate to all levels and to priorities efficiently and work to deadlines

Specific needs

Experience in sales and in kidswear preferred.

Ideally previous experience in a wholesale showroom level will be preferred

Must hold a valid driving licence
