Job description

Position Summary This role will be part of the Online Website Optimisation and Analytics team who are specialists in digital analytics and data led optimisation. You'll be working closely across a portfolio of brands producing regular reports and sharing insights into their website performance. Through continuous analysis and insights into consumer journeys and monitoring on-site KPIs you will identify the consumer pain points and opportunities for improvements. You will be working closely with the online brands and optimisation teams providing recommendations for how to create a seamless customer journey and drive improvements of the commercial and engagement metrics. Key Roles & Responsibilities - Perform deep down analysis into brand websites' performance - identifying pain points and opportunities. journey mapping, drop offs, etc. - Collaborate with various teams by providing meaningful data insights and recommendations to deliver continues improvements to consumer journey and website KPIs and empower teams to make informed decisions - Support brand teams with post campaign analysis reporting on successes and considerations for future executions - Drive test & learn culture and data driven decision making - Use data to create hypotheses and test ideas - Support the development of the testing roadmap - Produce analysis of newly launched features - Support and upskill teams on Google Analytics platform to help them to self-serve Q


Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to analyse and interpret high volumes of data from multiple sources - High Proficiency in Excel - Strong knowledge of GA360 reporting suite - Strong communicator, simplifying complex data into compelling and insightful storytelling - Experience in presenting insights and recommendations in a structed and clear way - Data visualisation and Power Point skills would be advantageous - Experience in analysis of MVT and A/B Testing - Results & performance driven mentality. - Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
