Job description

The website analyst role will be part of the Online Website Optimisation and Analytics team within the Online Centre of Excellence function. The role will be responsible for setting up and managing accurate and consistent reporting for the UK&I region though creation of dashboards and various automated reports. The website analyst will be working closely with the Global Analytics team to ensure that UK reporting is comparable and aligned with company guidelines set out globally. You will be working closely with the development teams to help provide analysis to build business cases and measure ROI of the new project initiatives, determine KPIs for all new developments and features, then build/automate reports to monitor them on an ongoing basis. You will be obsessed with data, commercially driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced matrix environment. Key Responsibilities Work with various sources of data, interpret numbers and translate insights into real actions Assist in scaling of website analytics reporting through the set up, management and analysis of automated reports for the UK&I region Implementing strong reporting framework through creation of dashboards and report templates ensuring data accuracy and uniform approach for cross-brand reporting while working closely with Global Customer Acquisition, Retention and Technology (CART) team in North America on a global consistent approach Provide training and development in web analytics to teams across the business, promoting self-service analysis. Manage and exploit the Website Analytics tools as well as managing the account (alongside our global partners) Create data model for ROI impact and analysis to help prioritise new projects, site features and initiatives Work with Product Owners to define new analytics requirements and ensure these are translated into the finished products Ensure robust tagging is in place across the portfolio of ELC brands to enable detailed insights and analysis Help to determine KPIs for all new developments and features, then build/automate reports to monitor them on an ongoing basis. Proactively identify shift in the market and industry trends Combine quantitative insights with qualitative consumer feedback from surveys, customer service, etc. Work collaboratively with the Global analytics team to provide insights into UK market findings comparing the difference within regions Keep abreast of latest trends and innovations in digital analytics and communicating these regularly with the wider business Q

Profile

Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to analyse and interpret high volumes of data from multiple sources High Proficiency in Excel Experience within digital analytics and statistical modelling Knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools Ability to build and automate reports Ability to setup, manage and analyse tag managers Experience working with teams in Agile and Kanban methodologies Results & performance driven mentality. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
