VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER

Location: Primark Salisbury

Salary: £35,643 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)

Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

The role

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will demonstrate a deep understand of visual merchandising and latest brand thinking, while collaborating with store management to deliver an outstanding visual proposition through windows and in-store.

You will be the creative ambassador for visual merchandising within the store and wider business, partnering with the Regional VM Manager when necessary. You will coach, lead and manage a high performing visual merchandising team to provide a great shopping experience and store environment. You will deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand to enhance the customer experience and to maximise sales.

About you

You'll have a creative background with previous visual merchandising management experience and be able to demonstrate collaborative working and influencing at all levels. Your eye for detail, fashion trends and creativity will be exceptional.
