Job description

- You will split your time between commercial, service, visual and operations, to maximise sales and put the customer first
- You will use your knowledge of fashion and the marketplace to create an exceptional shopping experience
- You will actively build your team, recruiting, training and developing team members across all areas of the store
- You will embrace the development of multi-channel advancements and understand the commercial impact it has on the business
- You will be fully accountable for all aspects of the store and team when required

Profile

- A genuine love of fashion and passion for our Brands
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to forecast sales plans and KPI targets for both Brands
- Proven experience in making decisions that are right for the business, using all commercial tools available
- Engaging and motivating leadership style that empowers the team with the ability to give feedback and develop individuals
- Confident and clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationship and influence others
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to work, and the ability to manage changing priorities
