•Boost sales by advising customers on their choices; this involves demonstrating a constant friendly attitude towards customers, as well as giving them a warm welcome, and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation.
•Create an atmosphere centred on delivering superior customer service.
•Follow the merchandising rules.
•Contribute to the good appearance of the store by replacing/tidying any items handled by or tried on by customers.
•Keep an eye on the merchandise to prevent shoplifting.
•Ensure that the store and the stock room are clean and tidy on a daily basis.
•Deal with packages e.g. unwrapping them and placing the merchandise in the stock room or in the store.
•Maintain strong working knowledge of company products and services, and offer technical support and information to team members.
•Train new recruits in sales techniques, company standards, customer service, and job duties.
•Supervise team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting team strengths and weakness to management.
•Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts.
•Oversee Work Quality and verify satisfactory meeting of company and regulation standards.
•Work with management to set and evaluate stock, logistics, projects, and overall goals.
You may also be required to perform any additional tasks related to your job that may be entrusted to you by the company.
You can demonstrate good sense for business and have an excellent sense for customer service. You are able to supervise and motivate a team and are willing to take on challenges.
