3. Pay Attention to details

- Implement and uphold visual merchandising guidelines

- Provide ad-hoc assistance in deliveries, checking security tags, steaming etc.

- Implement, maintain and respect inventory processes

- Make sure to have a perfect schedule

- Respect all the HR processes
