Job description

To support its strong development, OFFICINE GENERALE is recruiting and is looking for: motivated, enthusiastic and passionate STORE MANAGER for our store in London (SOHO).

Responsibilities :
  • Passion to inspire, coach and lead a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism in close liaison with the regional manager and the HQ.
  • Lead the team to achieve positive results by supporting top line sales.
  • Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sale experience to increase and retain customer loyalty.
  • Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed by the team in accordance with company Policy and Procedures.
  • Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards. Keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Transmission of the brand's values and image by promoting its products, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the implementation of merchandising recommendations. Ensure that the store is always merchandised to the Brand’s desired standard.
  • Daily reports of sales and customer feedbacks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills.

Profile

  • 5+ years of proven experience in retail.
  • Be customer service and sales oriented.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic.
  • Be fashion savvy with a strong knowledge in menswear.
  • Computer skills to operate point of sale system.
  • Be a team player.
