Responsibilities :
- Passion to inspire, coach and lead a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism in close liaison with the regional manager and the HQ.
- Lead the team to achieve positive results by supporting top line sales.
- Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sale experience to increase and retain customer loyalty.
- Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed by the team in accordance with company Policy and Procedures.
- Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards. Keen eye for attention to detail.
- Transmission of the brand's values and image by promoting its products, quality, and attention to detail.
- Assist in the implementation of merchandising recommendations. Ensure that the store is always merchandised to the Brand’s desired standard.
- Daily reports of sales and customer feedbacks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
Profile
- 5+ years of proven experience in retail.
- Be customer service and sales oriented.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic.
- Be fashion savvy with a strong knowledge in menswear.
- Computer skills to operate point of sale system.
- Be a team player.
