Job description

IZIPIZI, eyewear designer, has for mission to bring a smile to as many people as possible by taking care of our eyes at every moment of life. Founded in Paris in 2010 by 3 childhood friends, IZIPIZI is today a team of more than 120 enthusiasts who create and distribute colourful, designer and affordable eyewear worldwide, with a strong commitment to reduce its impact on the planet. It is also a team that wants to build a human adventure together. IZIPIZI is present online and in more than 7,000 points of sale in 80 countries to be as close as possible to its customers and spread the smile :)
What if you were to become one of the ambassadors of a dynamic and innovative brand of colourful and designer glasses?

You could be the new Store Manager we are looking for our shop located in London, Camden Town!

Starting date: ASAP

On the business side, you will :
  • Develop the turnover and achieve the objectives set
  • Build customer loyalty through an authentic and personalized experience
  • Ensure the proper management and monitoring of the stock to satisfy the desires of our customers (ordering, delivery, inventory ...)
  • Cash in and control the cash operations (responsibility for the accuracy of cash closures) Respect the visual identity and apply the merchandising policy in accordance with the marketing plan (window dressing, POS, signage, product presentation, etc.)
  • Respect the collection plan defined by the Head Office
  • Take charge of and follow up on orders for consumables; follow up on small maintenance work at the point of sale
On a managerial level, you will :
  • Recruit when necessary and ensure a Wahou! integration
  • Supervise and manage your team with inspiring briefings to give them a taste for challenge (schedules...)
  • Train and coach your team members to enable them to increase their skills
  • Maintain cohesion and a good atmosphere within the team while respecting the company's values

  • A real businessman or woman, you are looking for performance and wish to involve your whole team in the achievement of the objectives
  • Versatile! You like to switch from one task to another and touch a lot of things! Passionate about customer service, you enjoy dealing with people and have a real sense of communication
  • Problem solver, the life of a store is often full of unforeseen problems to which you must find solutions
Where do you stand?
  • You already have at least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager
  • You have a highly developed product sensitivity thanks to your previous experience in the fashion industry
