I am recruiting for a Store Manager with experience in the luxury, fashion industry to join an Italian, luxury brand at their store in Westfield, White City, London. This Italian, luxury brand is creative and innovative by tradition. Founded on excellence in the art of footwear, they were originally known as "shoe maker to the stars" but, have since expanded their brand to include both ready to wear collections and accessories, offering a wide range of high quality prestigious products manufactured with the greatest attention to detail and offered by means of impeccable service.

Fabio started as a Sales Assistant and following a succession of promotions is now the European Manager, this is not a rarity and many of the current management team started as Sales Assistants.
When you join, you will be given training immediately obviously but, following completion of your probation period, you will then receive further training which will be held in Paris, Berlin, London or Florence. You will consistently be provided with training opportunities and if your desire is to move up the career ladder, this will be facilitated.
You will be responsible for planning the day to day running of the store, ensuring you are maximising efficiency through effective management of turnover, margins, stock and personnel costs. You will organise your schedule to ensure you are focusing on key issues for the development of the business. You will ensure the store merchandise is correctly laid out, in line with product policies and company guidelines. You will recruit, train, coach and motivate staff and carry out performance evaluations. You will identify customer requirements in order to build and maintain long term relationships and promote brand loyalty.
