Your Background -
Candidates major in business, marketing, fashion, art, economics, technology (social media and influencer marketing related) and data analytics (statistics, AI, machine learning, web/social media analytics, big data) or other relevant fields from top universities and fashion/art institutes.
Experience with posting photos/videos and write captions on social media don’t quality you for this role. You must either know how to grow a social media account; has relationship with major influencers; or create original content.

*Assisting the Managing Director and help in various aspects of planning, preparation, logistics and operation of the business to facilitate various business activities.
*Management consulting: strategically advise and consult clients on growth strategy.
*Social media growth and content strategy, influencer marketing: Managing social media, partnership and influencer activities to raise awareness of the firm and promote our consulting services. Build and grow a community with potential clients and advocates. Increase audience engagement.
*Provide social media and influencer marketing services to the clients. Help clients with their social media account growth, content creation and strategy.
*Content creation: create visually striking photography, digital arts on Instagram, Facebook. Create original video content that is either informational, educational, inspirational or fun for Instagram story and Tiktok.
*Growth and digital strategy, marketing mix, digital marketing, operation and supply chain: use a combination of marketing, cross channel, operational, product, financial & data analytics measures to help our clients grow their business and revenue. Find the right marketing mix and supply chain/operational model.
*Branding: brainstorm and come up with branding ideas for the company and the clients.
*Market research and competitive analysis, marketing strategy: conduct exhaustive market research and SWOT analysis to come up with business strategies and competitive advantages for the company and clients. Work with the finance and data analytics team to come up with creative and innovative marketing strategies and ideas.
* Collaborate with the marketing or PR team to design and run various social media and influencer marketing campaigns to market the company or clients.
*Data analytics: expert in statistics, AI, machine learning technologies and marketing intelligence to help clients gain insights and better forecast, segment, target and personalize their customers’experience.
*Technology: get familiar and apply the latest technologies and tools in social media and influencer marketing.
*Fashion editorial: write editorial blog posts with superb content in fashion, styling, beauty, society, luxury and art along with high quality photos and videos. An ideal candidate must have a strong personality, unique thinking styles and creativity to write pieces with great and distinguished fashion and style content that fits into the brand niche and image.
*Creative and art direction: direct and identify designs and editorials that will enhance the brand’s image and merchandise sales.
*Fashion creative: demonstrate exceptional creative talent. Create fashion editorial, digital arts, special effect and videos content for the company and clients.
*Keep up to date with the latest fashion tech, Ecommerce, social media, fashion PR, branding, marketing and consulting trends and technologies. Up to date with fashion industry business and news, celebrity, styles and trends.
*The ideal candidate is highly intelligent and a quick self-learner, hardworking and dedicated, proactive and an initiative taker, creative, strategic and a good communicator.
Potential Clients -
Major fashion companies/brands, luxury brands and celebrity designers, media companies, online brands, other consulting firms and agencies.
The company has a remote structure and remote culture. Ideally candidates would be in these five cities: London, New York, Paris, Los Angeles, Stockholm. Candidates can however be 100% remote. Being in these major cities comes with the benefits of participating in face to face meetings and planning. You should be able to start immediately in order to apply.
Can dedicate 3-5 days a week on this adventure.
Unpaid first with the potential to grow into commission and salaried role.
