We are a fashion retail shop seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, provide product knowledge, and assist with purchases to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.
Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and new product lines, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
Work closely with management to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that all displays are merchandised to a high standard.
Accurately process transactions and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Contribute to the overall success of the store by completing tasks assigned by management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale (POS) systems.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
