Job description

We have a great opportunity to join our Commercial team in Horseferry House as Senior Programme Manager on a Maternity Cover contract. Reporting directly into our Director of Customer Service, the candidate will develop and execute strategies to deliver a consistent customer experience and drive revenue through maximising customer contact sales opportunities. You will champion and execute projects and key change initiatives to support business strategy, making sure we are delivering a ‘wow’ experience in line and consistent with Burberry’s other customer contact points.

Profile

Proven track record of working in Contact Centre/Customer Service Management (5+ years)
Project management experience
Experience of leading and managing teams
Deep understanding of the luxury retail business and its customers expectations
