We're based in the UK, Russia, Portugal, China, Italy, UAE and the US. We provide leadership and advice on strategic projects across all business units, whilst developing our role as an integrated partner within the business to make sure FARFETCH goes from strength to strength **LONDON** Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. When you're not doing what's never been done, you can enjoy a team lunch on our large outdoor terrace, or join a yoga class in our dedicated studio. **THE ROLE ** The Senior Program Manager, Ethics & Compliance will play a key role in the design, execution, and evolution of FARFETCH's Global Ethics & Compliance Program. This individual will enhance current program operations and develop new processes and strategies to address emerging risks across the FARFETCH group. This person will also create mechanisms for the program to be consistently evaluated as well as processes for continuous improvement.


- Lead execution and ongoing improvement of all operational aspects of the Ethics & Compliance program including, for example - Risk assessments, Policy and procedure development and governance, Periodic testing and monitoring, Gifts and hospitality, Conflicts of interest, Integrations of newly acquired entities - Design and implementation of a third party management program including due diligence and oversight - Develop a global oversight program which will include testing and monitoring in order to measure program effectiveness - Help design and implement compliance programs designed to address our key risk areas - Develop KPIs and metrics that will be utilized in measuring the programs effectiveness and guiding our strategy - Own and manage E&C tools - Proactively identify gaps and create action plans for continuous improvement


- You have a number of years experience working in-house compliance, compliance related consulting and/or forensics experience. Experience working at a Big 4 and/or in tech a plus - You possess compliance related certifications (e.g. CFE, CCEP-I, ACAMS) - You have experience implementing, managing, and executing Ethics & Compliance program operations including training, risk assessments, policies/procedures, third party management, testing, and monitoring - You are knowledgeable on topics related to FARFETCH's global Ethics & Compliance program such as, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, fraud, sanctions, and third party risk - You are a self-starter and who can put their mark on new and existing initiatives and never settle for the status quo and strive for continuous improvement
