Job description

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a forward thinking Senior Product Manager for an exciting opportunity, as we continue our journey on building a industry leading digital sell-in tool to revolutionize the way we sell digitally (and physically) for our strategic partners covering Wholesale and Retail domains.
You will be responsible for shaping the strategy of the roadmap, working closely with engineering teams to guide on requirements and bring excitement/value to our users (internal and external). With this role you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Technology and Commercial side of the organisation and really be the primary voice of our users. You will work in a global role covering a wide range of teams spanning the entire Go-To-Market: Operations, Merchandising, Planning and Sales.
About the Job:
- Partner with business leads/ops to increase adoption of new ways of working
- Identify KPIs and create a framework for measuring user success, productivity, and efficiency
- Use external analysis and benchmarks, internal data analysis, user product requests, and user interviews to determine the root problems our users face and come up with holistic solutions that will scale
- Define and highlight market differentiators in our digital selling tool with respect to the competition and other relevant industries
- Lead a product area: own, develop, and execute a feature roadmap to hit key KPIs and overall business goals
- Plan, oversee, and execute the research, data gathering, and studies required to produce thoughtful product evolutions
- Create wireframes, write design specifications, and present recommendations for new features in our ever-evolving platform
- Collaborate closely with end users, business partners, engineering, and leadership to deliver and execute the best set of features that help the user and drives business goals
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among end user experience, business constraints, performance, and operational support requirements.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and data to drive innovation, productivity and quality while iterating on the product until project goals and targets are met
- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Be a first-class partner and negotiator with developers to understand their needs and take their asks as input to our road mapping
- Be the voice and the champion of the end users and our developers
- Build strong relationships across the commercial team and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups
- Establish where product sits within the GTM and how we can integrate to other applications in the ecosystem
- Be able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage competing priorities


- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, love autonomy, know how to deliver, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems.
- Experience in working across the entire SDLC including scrum
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, e-commerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field
- 5+ years of apparel / retail experience, ideally
- Experience conducting research to identify end-user needs and gaps and demonstrated ability to translate those needs into creative and engaging output
- Interpersonal communication skills with expertise distilling complicated technical topics to a broader audience
- Strong analytics background and data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
- Experience leading and working across data, technical and business teams in a matrixed organization
- Innate drive to improve how things work, strong technical skills with an eye for design and user experience
- Curious to explore and leverage new technology trends to enhance the product experience
- Ability to ensure team is documenting and entering user stories in Jira and support story point analyses
- Ability to ensure team is coordinating and participating in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements
