We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events. **THE ROLE** The Performance Marketing team is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive (Display) to work on implementation of our global Display marketing strategy. You will report directly to a Performance Marketing Manager and work on a broad range of Display Marketing goals with focus on Prospecting strategies.


- Implement and manage global Display & Paid Social Prospecting audience strategy (incl. cross channel & tactical initiatives where relevant) to drive user engagement and customer-centric experiences. Able to leverage Farfetch CDP, 3rd party solutions or internal data science models to create audiences and deploy personalised marketing strategies as per campaign objectives - Work closely with Performance Marketing Manager to build, manage and execute global Display & Paid Social customer acquisition strategy to deliver marketing goals and drive growth & efficiencies across all digital touchpoints within Display & Paid Social channel - Manage a substantial budget to achieve GTV growth against Finance target and near/long term profitability goals through end to end Display & Paid Social campaign management with a key focus on Prospecting customer acquisition activities - Take the ownership of in-house management & managed service of media platforms across Display & Paid Social (mainly Google Adwords/YouTube , Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok, Criteo and DV360) with a key focus on media buying to ensure business goals and agreed targets are met on a monthly basis - Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing Analytics and Data Science to identify new data opportunities in 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience data, and create ideas with a data driven approach that can be tested across various platforms to drive growth & efficiencies - Work closely with the internal Creative Studio, Planning & Content teams and external vendors to develop & implement the best in class creative strategies to inspire, drive personalisation and influence consumers in building brand love and unrivalled global customer experience - Support building & improving tracking & reporting capabilities and feed management, and provide regular reporting on audience performance and opportunities that lead to monetising of curated audiences/products - Mentor Junior team members to improve their development and boost overall team performance


- You are an experienced digital marketing professional with a solid background in Display media planning & buying across key vendors such as Google/YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok , Criteo & DSP/Programmatic buying - Proven track of record in running successful Performance & Brand focused Display activities across various platforms with significant experience in building & executing Display & Paid Social audience & creative strategy to empower Customer Centric marketing. Experience with DCO platform(s) is a bonus - Rich experience with data management platform and stays up to date on new Martech tools and offerings - Have capabilities to support taxonomy development & maintenance, and develop tracking & reporting capabilities, experienced with all key analytic suites & reporting tools e.g. Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, GA4 Firebase, and Looker - You have project management skills and technical capabilities to work on complex data driven projects - You are willing to embrace new opportunities, bringing fresh perspectives without being afraid of failure - You have genuine interest in the digital marketing and fashion industry
