Job description

The roleReporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Creative Lead will take responsibility for managing the creative concept development and direction of campaigns and graphic design for the Wallis & Burton brands. From developing a brief through to delivering finished design assets for all channels this is a pivotal role in the creative team. This role works very closely with the production team and has close liaison with the rest of the Brand, specifically Ecommerce, Marketing and Buying.

What you will be doing Develop and present campaign briefs that deliver impactful and engaging creative to drive the brand perception and strategy with its target customers. Work with the Creative Director and digital design and production teams to develop all seasonal campaign and ad hoc creative concepts.
Assist the Creative Director with all shoot art direction. Manage the Creative workflow, planning and implementing the best approach to meet the needs of the team and the brand e.g. effective CPA management. Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure that all design work is in line with brand strategy, including presenting to board of directors. Project manage all ad-hoc and seasonal projects for example press events.

More about you Creative awareness and an ability to combine an innovative approach with commercial ideas. Commitment, drive and self-motivation. A brilliant conceptual thinker with the ability to bring ideas to life for all channels Extensive experience is directing photoshoots Proficient in Adobe suite. Flexible and enjoy working in a high-pace, fast-moving and changing environment. Excellent organisation and project management skills. Good networker and communicator with the capacity to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. Experience of presenting to Senior Management and Directors. Ability to work with others and able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels. Excellent people management skills. Commitment, drive and self-motivation. Experience in working with and managing creative designers.
