Salesforce Order Management Ecommerce Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Vivienne Westwood is currently recruiting for a full-time Salesforce Order Management System Ecommerce Specialist to join the Ecommerce team based in Merton, Wimbledon.

This person will be responsible for the set-up and the further development of the Salesforce OMS as the central OMS system for the e-Commerce order orchestration and the Omnichannel Services (salesforce).

TASKS

• Perform administrative functions including general configuration, user account maintenance, workflows, user support and other routine tasks
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for salesforce’s updates manage the data model, import processes and automations.
• identify and mitigate risks in processes and technologies.
• Support Ecommerce and Customer care departments
• Work with team members on design development and deployment of Salesforce Order management, Sales and Service cloud solutions

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Salesforce Web Services, middleware integration with Salesforce
• Expert knowledge of business processes, especially in the area of e-Commerce order orchestration and omnichannel services
