Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist the customer (Connect) identify their needs (Convert) concluding the transaction (Confirm) comply the customers details in too the data base in order to (Continue) to stay connected (Continue) and maintain the highest level of service
- Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI's by delivering an elevated level of service and experience to all customers in store and via out -reach
- Continuously build a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VIC's) competently utilising the company clientelling and digital tools and resources to acquire, develop and retain those clients
- Participate in online sales platforms and digital sales
- Introduce customers to the in- store services available to them, including but not limited to: Alterations, Gift cards, Personalization, Delivery service, Transfers, Holds, Private appointments, Ralph Lauren Home, on- line and digital services and other store locations
- Maintain an In depth level of product knowledge
- Constantly up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaigns
- Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren creative directives and standards, including but not limited to: Daily stock maintenance and Folding standards, Replenishment, Product transfers, New product launches and Seasonal floor changeovers
- Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures
- Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure
- Communicate Product and Customer Feedback to managers
- Contribute to the maintenance of standards in the back of house and stock room areas
- Adhere to the company Asset Protection policies and standard operating procedures at all times
- Actively participate & contribute to store Brilliant briefs and training
- Follow the company health and safety policies and standard operating procedures at all times

Profile

- Previous experience in retail
- Advanced in Sales & Service
- In depth product Knowledge of non- specialized items.
- Consistently builds and develops customer relationships
- Strong performer in digital systems
- Moves with urgency to deliver results
- Is a team player, contributes to a store sales objective as well as a strong focus on achieving personal sales goals
- Is a confident communicator
- Exhibits pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the Ralph Lauren expectations
- Identifies & acts on self -development opportunities to improve performance
- Connects with and demonstrates the RL CFA's
