Job description

Sales consultant role in a fast paced designer bridal store. Responsible for sales targets in store, maintaining client relationships, product knowledge and stock condition. This is busy and fast paced environment which requires committed and ambitious individuals who have a passion for selling and developing the company. This role requires extremely flexible and motivated staff.

Profile

        
▪Work as a team at all times. It is key to have constant open communication between members of staff.  
▪Treat each other with respect and kindness, rudeness will not be tolerated.     
▪Polite etiquette on telephone calls and in appointments is expected. Refer to the scripts provided where necessary. 
▪When answering telephone calls, you are expected to follow the script provided to assist the client as efficiently as possible. 
▪Show enthusiasm and positivity for the role and the Company at all times.     
▪You are required to work well under pressure and handle any issues that arise calmly and logically. Escalate critical issues to the store manager.
 

Specific needs

Bridal experience would be useful but is not essential.
