Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably fashion
- Oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service processes and complaint management with a positive and decisive attitude
- Knowledge of CRM strategies within the retail sector
- Passion for fashion and the product
- High level of Spanish and English, other languages are a plus
- Teamwork mentality
