Job description

Main responsibilities

- Account management and development of all CWF brands
- Working towards seasonal targets
- Responsible for negotiating seasonal budgets and Partnerships with clients, ensuring
growth to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Promote and sell CWF portfolio to stockists in the Midlands, South of England and
- Work with a number of prestigious fashion retailers such as: Diffusion, Zee & Co and
- Manage seasonal budgets exceeding £650,000
- Manage 43 clients and conduct 62 brand appointments per season
- Inputting, placing and confirming seasonal orders and reorders
- Dealing with day to day customer relations, queries and potential issues
- Analysing Sell-through and Monitoring seasonal activity of all brands
- Liaise with Clients and colleagues to construct Market feedback on seasonal
- Attend seasonal Seminars in France to review new collections
- Planning periodic visits to the stores to check that the merchandising and the display
of the stock is always at the highest standards

In season general duties:

- Conduct sales appointments with Clients in the London showroom and mobile
showroom in Manchester
- Order entry
- Showroom tidy up

Out of season general duties:

- Showroom set up
- Prospection of new business
- Visit existing clients
- Conduct staff training and merchandising in stores
- Compile brand market feedback
- Analyse seasonal performance
- Attend seminar to learn about the new clothing ranges

On hand to support colleagues with appointments where necessary


- Previous experience in fashion wholesale with a strong understanding of the Women/children's luxury/contemporary fashion      sector
- Strong sales and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of international markets as well as the Ecommerce landscape
- Team player, self-motivated and confident
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Fluent level of English
- Hands on approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Highly organised with a great attention to detail
