About the role

Next Distribution wants to be established as a ‘Great Place to Work’ and the employer of choice within the local area and Warehousing sector.

The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer are to manage a high volume of calls from candidate applicants and to guide these candidates through the application process. You will be performing an initial application and CV screen and then conducting robust telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability and progressing successful applicants through to onsite interview. You will ensure that all candidates attending interview are provided with all relevant information regarding location and required documentation to facilitate the hiring process and meet and exceed recruitment KPI’s.

The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for recording of all candidate activities relating to specific vacancies via the ATS and recruitment dashboards and assisting with offer and new starter processes. You will also provide support to the wider recruitment team as required.

Throughout the process, you will be continually be providing a high level of customer service to all applicants and stakeholders, maintaining calm and professional at all times and displaying the core values of Next.

Profile

About you

To succeed in this role, you must have experience of working in a fast-paced, customer driven environment and possess excellent telephone and face to face communication skills. This experience could be from a recruitment resourcing role, or within a telesales or call centre environment. You must be able to plan and manage your own workload and possess excellent IT skills.
