Job description
You are an exceptional people-person. You are organized, rapid, firm and quickly able to
analyse information and behaviour; applying it to other situations. You thrive in a fast
paced environment and enjoy the networking and coordination aspect of working with
different people. As a Recruiter your responsibilities include first-point contact with
clients; meeting their recruitment needs and following up throughout the process. You
will also be interviewing potenitial talents and candidates. Leading to presenting
candidates to clients, and then hopefully organising Interviews between parties.
● 1st Point of contact with Clients in Recruitment process
● Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and
connect with potential candidates
● Interact with professionals on niche platforms, like Linkedin, FashionJobs, Dots,
etc.
● Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
● Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
● Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
● Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
● Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals

Profile
- A genuine passion and immense knowledge of the Luxury Industry and Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Positive attitude and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Able to take constructive feedback, to learn and grow with the brand
- Understanding of Style Inc. mission
- Ability to work independently as well as to work/ collaborate in a small, dynamic
- and close team
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation/ job processes/contracts
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Preferably BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Preferably proven work experience in People management, or similar role
