Job description

Managing the Opening hours of the Showroom

·Front of house greeting clients upon arrival

Managing the incoming calls within the business

Supporting the Showroom Manager with confirming appointments with clients.

Organising post coming in and out of the business a well as courriers.

Supporting the Managing director with transportation bookings etc.

Dealing with customer stockist queries

Supporting the accounts team with any queries

Monotoring the attendance of the Interns as well as staff - Supporting the showroom manager with providing this to the Managing director on a monthly basis

·Managing the Kitchen supplies / stationary supplies and anything else the Facilities department requires

Working with TCS - The communication store with Press requests / Client requests for eccomerce shootings and any other sample requests

Managing seasonal collections up to 3000 samples per campaign. Ensuring these are sent back to italy.

Dealing with the building maintanence, attending the tentants meetings with the showroom manager.

Managing and training the Interns on a seasonal basis.

Supporting the Showroom Manager with any tasks...
