We are an inclusive, creative footwear and accessories brand powered by kindness. We want to empower our talent to be confident and true to themselves, the London way. London is our home, our heartbeat, and we draw inspiration from the energy and spirit of the city; its diversity and creativity. For over fifty years our team of in-house shoe and accessory designers have been creating authentic, distinctive designs from our London headquarters. The rainbow is our signature. It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.

The successful candidate will be working within our technology delivery team, to help deliver a range of IT projects.

The role would be based in the UK with a mix of working from Kurt Geiger's Head Office and from home.

The Person:

A successful candidate should have:

- Experience of technology based delivery, ideally within a retail environment

- Experience of managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

- Dealing with uncertainty

- Capable of adapting management style to the working environment without losing delivery focus

- Confidence with strong influencing skills (both up and down)

- Excellent communicator

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Perform risk management to minimise project risks

- Previous experience of using Jira, Confluence, Slack & Monday.com would be advantageous

- Ability to pull together and maintain a plan where work is being done by multiple teams, including third parties.

- A proven track record of getting things done

Please note that while the Project Manager will manage all elements of the project, this is primarily an IT role so demonstrable experience of managing IT development work is essential.
