Job description

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Production Coordinator with previous experience in a similar role in luxury womenswear to join our busy team based in Deptford.

We cannot sponsor visas for this role.

To be responsible for on time delivery of all seasonal RTW collections, ensuring that production is to company quality standards, meeting business targets to manage overall margins, and maintaining the design aesthetic.

This role is responsible for the coordination of internal production and technical teams, raw materials and manufacturers. Continual communication is required to ensure overall production critical path is adhered to. You will liaise with others in the team to ensure orders and deliveries are made on time and to correct cost.

This role will also work closely and take relay from the Collection Development team, who will offer support of design and development knowledge, and also work together to manage the supplier relationships.

To work across all ready-to-wear collections, including retailer exclusives, pre, show, bridal, signature and any other ad hoc projects.


To be considered for this role you should have:
  • Relevant experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role in luxury womenswear where you have been responsible for delivery and managed the relationships with various factories.
  • Experience in and understanding of luxury womenswear.
  • Proactive.
  • Able to work at pace.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Italian language skills.
  • Strong Excel proficiency.
  • Experience using Zedonk is preferred.
  • Knowledge of working with knitwear is also beneficial.


Ryan Tuckwell
