Job description

This position will support the strategic planning and execution of all key initiatives to develop and grow Tiffany's High End Clients sales. She/he will be responsible for end-to-end high end clients' experience, building loyalty for existing ones and expanding our footprint to recruit new ones. This requires the finest candidate that has existing strong and relevant experience in this segment. Strong collaboration skills with Merchandise team, Retail teams and other departments for event/activation planning and gifting are key assets to be successful in this role.

Grow and develop the High Jewelry Clients portfolio and sales

  • Support the sales strategy for High Jewelry business and achieve sales & profitability targets with store teams
  • Support High Jewelry events through the cooperation with relevant functions (Retail, Marketing, MD, Omni channel and Stores)
  • Support to maximize high ticket sales opportunities through personalized client outreach and events participation
  • Consistently and accurately capture relevant clients' information for outreach and loyalty building
  • Work with other teams to curate unique programs for High Jewelry clients and upgrade lower tiers
Clients Development and Prospecting

  • Support the strategic planning and revamping client relation programs
  • Understand and deepen relationships with assigned portfolio client list
  • Coordinate the development and follow up of action plans related to High Jewelry activities
  • Plan and execute clients to foster stronger relationships and build deeper loyalty for our brand
  • Establish the implementation and management the various client engagement activities (VIP treatment, Gift program, Clienteling tool, etc) and measure the results
  • Prospect right networks to cultivate new high jewelry clients
Team work & Development

  • Support and collaborate with Retail, Training, Marketing, Omni channel team execute on action plan and achieve sales target
  • Continuous develop ideas and recognition tools to motivate PCHJ team\
  • Develop with Retail and PCHJ team members on action plan to enlarge and engage top tier clients
  • Self-motivated, Curious, Cultured



  • University Graduate or more
  • 5+ years in sales support experience within a retailer (Luxury retailer experience is preferred) focusing on High End Client
  • Demonstrate high sense of luxury lifestyle
  • Previous experience in High End Clients Relations/facing roles
  • Proficient English skills
  • Driven, energetic and independent
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in

  • Experience for clienteling programs
  • Working experience in global luxury organization
  • Jewelry & Watch industry experience
  • Solid knowledge base on gemstone, jewelry and timepieces - GIA Certification is a plus
