Job description

We are currently recruiting a part-time sales assistant for our stores in London who will be glad to join our Company with a part-time Temporary contract (approximately 20-24h weekly).

According to your working experience and seniority, you will:
  • Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience
  • Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the concession economic results
  • Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor
  • Attend to deliveries within day of arrival
  • Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues


  • Previous experience in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.)
  • Ability to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standards
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Customer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude
