Profile
- Handling incoming calls dealing with customer/ directing them to respective person or department.
- Handling emails and queries from customers.
- Communicating with warehouse manager regarding stocks and delivery.
- Working with online software Magento.
- Provide admin support to various functions of the company.
- Data entry with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist & work along with other department of the company.
- Process sales orders, raising invoices, posting receipt, return and credit notes.
- Managing the stock dispatching with warehouse manager.
- Updating files for dispatch goods and payments.
- Assist & work along with other department of the company.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Proven customer facing experience.
- Sales experience within a controlled environment of advantage.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, if competent adobe would be a plus.
- Highly organised, strong admin and record keeping.
- Good in customer liaising role with the ability to handle queries and complaint effectively.
- Fluent in other languages would be great.
- Great personality with excellent phone manner and sales skills.
