We are looking for a highly experienced and well-rounded strategic digital marketer with a passion for innovation, who will take ORIGINS and Bumble and bumble UK to the next level. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Digital Manager you will be responsible for defining the brand's digital strategy to optimise today and define tomorrow, delivering innovation and increasing the brand's digital presence across the relevant channels: integrated paid/owned/earned social, ATL media, programmatic, digital partnerships and non-branded search. Utilise data learnings to drive budget efficiency, working alongside the external media agency in optimizing all paid channels in a goal to lower our CPM whilst increasing reach and conversion. Lead on the relationship with the media agency, ensuring that we are utilising the most efficient channel mix and constantly challenging current practice in a goal to continuously improve our ROAS; You will have an in-depth understanding of analytics and reporting. Specifically, digital attribution; Working with media agency to set detailed KPI's, implement and track performance for digital and social campaigns. Share results with Senior Management and Global to constantly refine campaign assets, platform usage and processes Vital to your role will be your ability to work in partnership with Online, PR, CRM and Product Marketing in order to strengthen the engagement with our consumers. Instinctual understanding of the UK beauty market, being able to identify upcoming trends and ensure the brands remain relevant in the UK market. You will be accountable for the management and optimisation of digital and social budgets. Your proactive participation and input will be required to define budgets for the new fiscal years. Drive creativity and innovation in every facet of the consumer journey as well as the seamless integration of the brands' digital & social ecosystem. Internal You must be a leader and a true digital expert with strong communication and negotiation skills as you will need to be able to work with many stakeholders, both internal and external. You will be a key partner to the Global team in sharing insights and learnings. You will be working with the Global Consumer Engagement team to ensure programmes fit with the UK strategy and local objectives. Social Media Overseeing the Social Media & Content Coordinators for each brand as a direct report, you will manage; Developing the UK social media strategy, elevating and optimizing relevant platforms. Making sure there is true integration between owned/paid/earned Detailed reporting on organic social reporting Understand the specific UK tone of voice and be passionate about cultural trends. Oversee brainstorming strategy sessions; bringing innovative ideas for locally relevant content that aligns with our brand personality. Blend your creative and analytical skills to deliver insight based in data. Production of content throughout the full planning lifecycle from ideation to shoot.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess: Extensive relevant experience within a paid and social media role Proven record of successful implementation of holistic digital campaigns in diverse online channels In-depth knowledge, understanding and a passion for social media and trends in the social media channel Experience in digital content creation, incl. editorial, video as well as traffic drivers Excellent understanding of brand identity, tone of voice and how to communicate it to the consumer Analytical and numerical thinker - experience to define and work against KPIs Strong technical knowledge of digital platforms Strong presentation skills Experienced in senior stakeholder management Experienced in creative and media agency management Required Systems: Facebook Business Manager Google Analytics Social Bakers & Facebook Native insights Sprinklr (or alike) Desired but not mandatory: Datarama Photoshop and/or InDesign
