Job description

- Align with UK brand leadership to develop an Omnichannel roadmap for the affiliate and partner with leadership to prioritize these initiatives. - Partner with Global Omnichannel team and UK Enterprise Marketing Research in developing the omnichannel strategy, tailored to the unique UK environment, consumer, technical limitations, and communicating progress updates. - Accountable for the end-to-end execution of a broad set of omnichannel initiatives, serving as the lynchpin across multiple cross-functional teams (e.g. Online Dev, IT, Retail Ops, Brand, Finance) to ensure a successful launch. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: o Partner closely with both technology teams and business teams to achieve the desired outcome o Product and project management o Working with Enterprise Marketing determine market, or brand specific requirements that differ from global solution o Work with and lead teams of cross-functional stakeholders across Brands, Ecommerce Production, UX Design, Finance, Legal, Creative to build and maintain capabilities o Ideate solutions, technical and otherwise, when the global solution needs to be modified for the market o Business case, ROI and KPI's established and tracked for each initiative o Manage and track budget and spend o Work with retail teams to conduct training for all Omni capabilities o Communicate status to critical UK partners and leadership - Where possible, develop leadership in global Omnichannel capabilities that will allow UK to benefit from enhancements, learnings, or new technologies faster - Where necessary, act as Key Lead on critical Online projects that have Omni component, to accelerate critical projects in the region (e.g., Livestreaming) or critical UK specific projects that connect Online, IT and SC (e.g., Delivery Services Management) as well as critical capabilities that are required to accelerate Omni (e.g. DOM) - Responsible for monitoring and constructing materials to communicate progress, learnings, roadblocks, and plans to stakeholders, regional leadership, the Omnichannel Team, and the Omnichannel Leadership - Maximize launched capabilities by o Tracking metrics and KPIs. Leverage data to provide insights and encourage brands and markets to activate capabilities o Identifying and communicate best practices to brands and leadership - Ideate and develop innovation/enhancement roadmaps for the region based on brand feedback, competitor research, and industry shifts - Strong project management skills and "owner" mentality; ability to marshal resources and key stakeholders and drive a project through to completion - Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, to understand incentives, and to ensure alignment in a matrixed organization - Comfort with consumer-facing technology and an ability to articulate its impact to brands and relevant stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast paced, highly matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders Thinks Strategically: Takes a broad view of the business, industry, and consumer environment to anticipate and plan for the future. Profile

Experience in launching end to end consumer digital experiences and knowledge of consumer facing technologies. A background in strategy and business case development; experience leading in strategic thinking established problem solving capabilities.
