Corporate Affairs

We shape, project and protect our corporate brand, business and reputation internally and externally. We are partners and strategic advisors to our leaders and colleagues across the areas of external communication, internal communication and employee engagement, corporate social responsibility and corporate crisis & issues prevention management. We aim to enable the business to make better decisions.

We ensure the organization is financially enabled to drive profitable growth and create shareholder value over the long term. We're the custodian of our assets and the financial co-pilot for all businesses and functions. Our team plays a key role by empowering our organization and its leaders with fast, reliable and compliant financial reporting.

Growth & Digital

Our purpose is simple and compelling - we drive growth for Coty. We partner with the Divisions to recommend and shape our growth strategy, identify new business opportunities, share best practices in marketing, sales and digital, build capabilities, and look for new ways to innovate and redefine beauty industry norms.

Human Resources

We're focused on developing our people as well as the capabilities required to achieve our potential. We champion our values by creating an environment in which our colleagues can perform, grow and thrive as their unique selves. We consistently look towards the future, ever striving to harness our disruptive capabilities.

We determine technology needs and implement solutions that enable our businesses and functional teams to fuel growth as well as market differentiation. We develop and ensure the availability and integrity of our systems, network and user technology. We also provide support and manage business intelligence and data governance.

We provide a competitive advantage for Coty by protecting our ethics, reputation and intellectual property (IP). We also drive growth by monetizing our IP and other assets, as well as improving our go-to-market and negotiating licenses while keeping costs down and building an energized and committed team. Finally, we provide business solutions to our clients and are ambassadors of the Coty values.

Our team also includes Regulatory Affairs & Registration, Global Product Stewardship, Trends & Prospective Innovation and Consumer Affairs.

Supply Chain

Our job starts with sourcing raw ingredients and isn't complete until our products reach our consumers' hands. Our goal is to ensure that we deliver high performance in sourcing, cost, time-to-market, and quality, every day. We support topline growth by unlocking "fuel" for the business to reinvest, by achieving superior supply chain agility and by being the partner of choice for suppliers.
