Job description

Role Purpose:
 To support the Merchandise and Buying EMEA team in delivering the end to end seasonal buying process and the merchandise assortment for EMEA Retail, Outlet and Ecommerce Channels across all product categories (Footwear, Accessories, Licensing) in line with the company product strategy and Financial Targets

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and participate in weekly business meetings to review and recap sales performance.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, with a focus on special capsules/seasonal product performance.
  • Provide GMM with ad hoc reporting to support trading decisions.
  • Elaboration of Market studies
Analysis of competition in terms of prices, offer, structure of collection etc.
  • In charge of the creation of Buy Books for the stores for each season (store orders).
  • Maintain the store database information : display capacity, product category mix.
  • Compile the merchandising newsletter shared with the store network, update on new arrivals and reorders.
  • Assist the buying team during the monthly reorders process.
  • Support the team on ad hoc projects: pop ups, new store openings, seasonal resort stores re-openings.
  • Create analysis decks ahead of the team store visits (performance by category/stocks/bestsellers…)


Competencies and Experience Required:
  • University Graduate or equivalent level experience 
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Process & data driven, proactive with regard to database maintenance, detail conscious and strong analytical skills
  • Good team player, able to work well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Advanced level Excel, Access and Microsoft Office a necessity
