Our mission is to bring transparency and traceability to the fine jewelry industry, while making this outdated and intimidating industry relevant again to our generation.

Job description

Kimaï is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to work closely with the founders to craft and execute the marketing strategy. This role oversees product launch marketing, brand campaigns, influencer marketing, content, partnerships and experiential experiences.
You’ll be the first hire of a quickly growing company. There’s no playbook in place (yet) so we’re looking for a self-starter who likes to work independently and take initiatives.

Setting direction and vision for Brand Marketing for the short, medium and long term
Responsible for driving strategy, budget, execution and KPIs for all Brand Marketing initiatives
Build and develop brand awareness strategy
Set up the content strategy and work closely with copywriter and graphic designer to incorporate it - blog posts, emails, socials and Linkedin
Leverage customer insights, data and feedback to develop communications strategies and drive marketing innovation
Drive and maintain the marketing communications calendar, tied to business goals, product launches and culture
Manage the development of a robust activation calendar to foster community and engagement with Kimaï and create highly engaging, thoughtful events that elevate our brand and our story
Lead planning, production and execution of PR and launch events


  • -  3-5 years brand management / marketing experience in high growth e-commerce startup preferably
  • -  Creative, detail-oriented, hands-on and never takes no for an answer
  • -  You are curious and never satisfied with the status quo
  • -  You are fun, you take work seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously
  • -  You are customer-obsessed—you understand our customer and how to speak to them at every point of the marketing funnel
  • -  You are deeply familiar with brand strategy, creative development, multi-channel execution (paid and owned), social platforms, influencer strategies, partnerships and PR amplification
  • -  You have exceptional communication and story-telling skills
