Marketing and Sales Coordinator Role - Luxury Fragrance Brand

Do you see yourself working as an efficient, highly-focused and innovative Marketing and Sales Coordinator for a British luxury perfume house? The brand seeks a highly resourceful individual with a passion for the beauty industry to join their busy and bustling marketing team in their Central London offices.

* Supporting all marketing activity to ensure an effective marketing programme across the EMEA and Asia-Pacific markets
* Ensure effective departmental and cross-functional planning and communication are in place
* Support in the organisation and implementation of UK-based sales conferences and other training programmes
* Manage and organise all marketing-based requests from retail teams
* Develop, plan and instrument retail marketing calendars
* Create and maintain ongoing development of visual merchandising guidelines across retail locations in all markets
* Support line manager in the examination and reporting of all marketing activity on a monthly basis to qualify informed decision making on future campaigns
* Collaborating alongside the Social Media Executive, supporting brand and influencer outreach plans to grow brand awareness, engagement and client acquisition
* Support Head of Marketing & PR EMEA with any required administration tasks for global shop fit and refurbishments projects
* Support Sales team in the weekly / monthly retail target tracking sheets to be used in head office and in store

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator Candidate:

* Must have worked within the beauty industry for 2 - 3 years, preferably in both retail and brands
* Must have 2 - 3 years of experience within sales and marketing, preferably with and global organisation
* Understanding of the beauty and luxury industry, high-net-worth clientele of luxury product and services
* Passionate about the beauty and fragrance landscape
* Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to promote cross functional team working in a high performance led culture
* Ability to think innovatively and creativity about requirements to deliver engaging consumer retail programmes
* Proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
* London-based
