Job Description:

Are you a personable retail professional with a passion for quality fashion brands? Do you think the ideal shopping experience should make customers feel welcome, confident and cater to their individual needs?

Twiin is currently hiring for a talented Stylist and Keyholder to join our exciting new store in Coal Drops Yard. Twiin is a New Premium concept inspired by the similarities between the Fashion Tribes of London and Los Angeles, grounded in an eclectic mix of contemporary, vintage classics and easy to wear pieces. We want to create the perfect balance between vintage and luxury, old and new. As a Sales Advisor, you will support the success of the store and deliver an exceptional, luxury experience to customers.

You will drive sales with customers and create an approachable and welcoming environment in the store. You will build rapport with customers and engage in clienteling. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store along the management team.

Offering a collection of contemporary, vintage classics and easy-to-wear pieces, our client is aiming to strike the perfect balance between vintage and luxury, old and new.

In this exciting role, you will:

- Help customers to find products that suit their tastes and needs

- Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion, social media and lifestyle trends

- Build strong relationships with customers

-Train towards more management roles whilst being responsible for Opening and Closing the store under the Store Manager.

- Contribute to achieving daily and weekly store targets

-Receive a generous salary and clothing allowance.

Profile

Requirements:

- At least two year’s experience in a similar retail role with a proven track record of sales

- Face-to-face customer service experience
Self-motivated and adaptable, as a Sales Advisor, you’ll have a strong sense of style and excellent communication skills. You’ll enjoy dealing with members of the public and will take pride in ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store.
