Job description

As the Senior Sale Associate you will direct and oversee my client sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Sets short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluates the effectiveness of current sales programs.
The Senior Sale Associate enhances sales staff performance, accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions;
The Senior Sales Associate will support an environment of teamwork and trust.  Collaborates with peers, customers and supervisors.
Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. You will develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current stock in-store and online. Achieves and exceeds goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
 

Profile

 
  • Reporting to the Store Manager
  • Performing day to day sales operations and client engagement
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to achieve relevant sales targets
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Working with team members to accomplish KPIs
  • Maintaining visual outlook of the store and re-stocking of merchandise
  • Additional duties as required
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have
  • At least 2/3 years of luxury retail experience in order to have the relevant knowledge of the industry
  • Sales-driven
  • Ability to work retail shift-hours
