As a Loss Prevention Analyst, you will support the Loss Prevention & Safety Manager to identify and report on exceptional activity within UK and European stores.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively investigate trends in data and highlight focus areas and stores requiring LP visits
- Use data mining techniques to interpret data relating to cash, stock and Epos to detect process losses and potential dishonesty.
- Manage and utilise multiple data sources and KPI trackers.
- Produce dashboards and regular MI reports to be used by the operations and field teams.
- Review CCTV to assist in investigations.
- Manage the Loss Prevention Incident Reports and identify recurring issues.
- Review store compliance audits and produce statistics.
- Produce complete case files and statements for internal use.
- Support store stock management, audits and H&S.
- Commercial experience, ideally within Retail.
- Proven experience within a Compliance/Loss Prevention role.
- Previous knowledge of key shrink and loss causes, to develop investigative leads through exception-based reporting.
- Proficient in reviewing, analysing and evaluating historical data to present factors related to shrink.
- Experience of using data mining to identify potential loss and dishonesty.
- Proficient in MS-Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver information concisely and accurately.
- Ability to develop investigative leads, through exception-based reporting.
- Must possess strong organisational and time management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative who can suggest new ways of working.
- Ability to display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
- Experience of Aptos and Apropos would be beneficial.
- Occasional travel to stores in the UK.
- Full Time permanent role working Monday - Friday
