Job description

Main Responsibilities: 
- Reports to the Store Manager
- Contribute to the effective running of the Vilhelm Parfumerie Liberty Shop, 
- Hitting sales targets and conveying to the growth of the business.
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as Brand Ambassador. 

Responsibilities :
- Welcome clients and share brand history and product knowledge
- Greet and assist clients in selecting the right products and introducing additional recommendations
- Process the sale in a confident and professional manner
- Gather client’s details and ensure follow up to build and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain shop standards and follow up guidelines. 


A minimum of 5 years ‘experience in sales,
Experience in selling premium goods and preferably beauty products/perfumes (but not mandatory),
A genuine interest in fragrances and beauty/cosmetics/ in general, with an artistic flair,
Hardworking and team player,
Comfortable working in a busy environment,
Excellent personal presentation,
Fluent in English.
