Job description

Reporting into the Wholesale Director and the Wholesale Manager, the Key Account Wholesale Assistant role will support the wholesale functions of the franchise, department store and E-commerce partners’ business.

Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze weekly selling reports and recap data, trends, and qualitative information for all key accounts
•Establish strong relationships with account partners and buying teams in order to react quickly to business needs
•Book in all buying appointments prior to each collection sales campaign
•Work with Buyers during buying appointments to help them assort product and meet seasonal budgets
•Chase and enter all orders and check for discrepancies
•Participate in London market appointments and travel to Milan and Paris for local markets
•Prepare for staff trainings by planning training materials and presenting to the staff
•Collect purchase order numbers and monitor shipping seasonally with the logistics team
•Support retail staff at department stores to ensure they are trained and equipped with the tools necessary to achieve sales goals
•Understand DVF client profile and needs for businesses as well as maintain active awareness of market trends


  • Foreign Language skills preferred, especially in Russian
  • Background with Joor and Blue Cherry
