Job description

POSITION SUMMARY At the Estee Lauder Companies, our consumer is at the heart of everything we do. The Consumer Experience Director will be responsible for end-to-end consumer experience, across all touchpoints with a digital-first mindset. The CX team will be responsible for designing the strategy, innovation model & executing initiatives that bring to life consumer journeys for all brands within the Estee Lauder portfolio. The goal of this Analyst is to ensure our consumers have the best experience with relevant, personalised touch-points that leverage data, insights & analytics to fuel innovation. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES The CX Analyst will be responsible for delivering in-depth analytics, insights and data points that helps enhance the holistic consumer journey with a view on best practices from beauty & other industries, to provide best-in-class high-touch digital services. This individual will track and report on the specific KPIs that the business will evaluate on an ongoing basis related to the consumer journey. Additionally, this individual will provide all brands with competitive analysis across our DTC channels on an ongoing basis- identifying improvement opportunities, innovation & driving the execution of opportunities that unlock additional revenue. In close partnership with the CX Manager & Director, this individual will measure KPIs, score cards and facilitate learning on all pilots. Working alongside the marketing teams, this team will inspire our brands to elevate journeys that recruit new consumers and drive loyalty, while driving 360 marketing campaigns. Factors to be reviewed include content, service, order & delivery, value proposition, product portfolio, consumer education, cross-funnel metrics and omni handoffs. The consumer experience team will also partner with our brands and commercial teams to bring to life activations across the portfolio. In close partnership with the Digital Media Director, the Consumer Experience team will drive new concepts, storytelling & experiences that support our brands to gain market share. This team will collaborate with our creative studios to ensure relevant messaging is delivered at each step of the consumer journey. The CX Analyst will be responsible for leveraging GA, SQL, PowerBI and other tools to report on analytics. We are looking for a candidate who can react with speed and agility to the changing landscape, with ability to think strategically and take a 360, consumer-led approach to our business.

Profile

Must Have Knowledge, Experience & Skills 3+ years in consumer marketing, digital, online or omni Ability to story-tell with analytics & data Ability to project manage cross-function/brand projects that deliver strong outcomes Understanding of digital, online & omnichannel functionality to partner with other experts Manges ambiguity and multiple projects with positive energy Strong presentation skills Knowledge of or certification in tools such as PowerBI, SQL and GA Advanced understanding of UX and technical product requirements Experienced with Consumer Data, CRM and Omni-retailing tools is preferred
