Reporting into the Retail & Ecommerce Manger for Europe, the Junior Buyer you will resource, recommend and buy an appropriate merchandise range to meet agreed targets in line with the overall Company strategy. The Junior Buyer will also provide support to the buying & merchandising function.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales and Pricing Strategies for retail stores.
• Replenishment, Allocation, order placement and communication with logistics and HQ functions
• Delivery and Order Updates, constant monitor of delivery issues and stock level
• Attend buying meetings in the UK and overseas, to select and assemble a new collection of products
• Analyse consumer buying patterns and predict future trends
• Keep up to date with market trends and react to changes in demand and logistics
• Participate in promotional activities
• Give seasonal trend information and product knowledge to shop personnel

• Experience at Junior Buyer or Assistant Buyer level within the fashion sector.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in excel
• Good organisation and the ability to multitask
• The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
• Teamworking and interpersonal skills
