Overview:

To be primarily responsible for the Licensees, Special Projects and Packaging Operations flow

Your Mission:

Licensees - Kids, Adidas, Eyewear, Beauty, Lingerie & Swimwear

- Liaising with the Suppliers for Product Master Data receiving

- Coordinate with Buyers to receive the WW orders for each category consolidated on time

- Responsible to cross check the OC received from suppliers to be in line in terms of value/qty

- Codify the collections in Stealth

- Share with Retail and Ecom Team the Stella Licensees Product Library

- Responsible for loading the purchase cost in Stealth for every region for each category

- Work with Pricing Manager to load the WW RRP in Stealth

- Responsible for loading the purchase orders WW in Stealth for each category

- Responsible for checking the creation of internal licenses barcodes (EAN13)

- Managing SKU/EAN and UPC codes

- Work with CS and provide them with Customer orders to be loaded into the system

- Managing and keeping a well-documented record of each collection (Bibles)

- Partial receiving of stock in the central warehouses or stores WW

- Making sure that all operational actions needed are completed to allow inbound and

distribution of the stock on time

- Liaise with Finance and provide proof of stock receiving for AP

- Assist with Licensees related projects/questions as needed

- Liaise with local inventory to ensure that everything is ready for a smooth inbound
