The Role

Due to business growth, we're excited to be expanding our Social and Outreach Team with the addition of another Influencer Outreach Executive. This is a rare opportunity for someone who loves all things fashion and wants to be part of a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Outreach Manager to build and drive the Outreach Strategy for Club L London
  • Manage and oversee all collaborations and gifting, ensuring all talent relationships remain strong with the brand
  • Managing the brand and content guidelines for all collaborations, ensuring the imagery and video requested is brand aligned
  • Liaising with the Outreach Manager on ideas and strategies for upcoming campaigns
  • Identifying new talent weekly across all social channels to stay ahead of competitors
  • Expansion of our international collaborations activity - mainly USA
  • Ensuring key marketing messages/promotions are pushed via our collaborations
  • Complete end to end relationship management with talent, from initial outreach emails to processing contracts and payments, ensuring objectives and agreements are met to brief
  • Negotiating all collaborations to ensure we stay within budget
  • Report on all Influencer Marketing Activity, ensuring all the information is logged
  • Supporting on events, shoots and brand partnerships
More about you

  • Clear understanding of influencer marketing with experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
  • Knowledge of influencer market with contacts across influencer agencies and/or direct relationships with influencers
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Understanding of target audience and able to identity key trends within the market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written + verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining organised
  • Confident working on your own but must also be a team player with a positive can-do attitude
