Job description

The role

As the In-Store Visual manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our Visual Merchandising strategy and directives in a key store, creating a visual ‘Centre of Excellence’ and helping your store to look amazing and stay on brand.

You will

- Ensure your ‘Centre of Excellence’ store maintains consistently great visual standards, maximising sales opportunity and acting as an example to other local stores on visual experience
- Support the Regional Visual Merchandiser with the coaching and upskilling of both new to role and longer serving In-Store Visual Merchandisers
- Be the visual expert within your store, supporting the Store Manager with weekly floor walks, creative recommendations and implementation in line with company standards and directive
- Be commercial in VM decision making, considering KPI performance, product performance and local expertise when advising on visual execution
- Build strong relationships with my Regional VM and the Country VM Manager, providing them with feedback and suggestions
- Keep in close contact with other In Store Visual Managers, sharing expertise and advice on visual execution in Centre of Excellence stores
- Act as an example and support to local In Store Visual Merchandisers
- In some cases you may also manage an In Store Visual Merchandiser in your store, in which case you will coach and develop them to become the best possible visual support for your Centre of Excellence Store.
- Play an important part in building Directives in my store, setting an example to my local stores and welcoming them to learn from this
