WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a HR Operations Consultant to drive our HR Services, Operations & Analytics agenda in the UK and Ireland, in support of our vision to be a world-class organization that delivers world-class operations. To be successful in this role we are looking for a strong collaborator who understands the pace and complexity of HR operational processes and has demonstrated creative ways we can leverage to keep our functionally diverse, regional teams in sync. You will be a strong team player, comfortable working at a fast pace and able to balance the proactive and reactive demands of the role.
The HR Operations Consultant is the spider in the web for anything HR Operations related for UK and Ireland. For this role we are looking for an end-to-end thinker who is passionate about the employee experience. The ability to connect dots, understand the needs of the functional teams to operationalize initiatives or projects is key, as well as strong stakeholder management, both internally in HR Services, Operations & Analytics and towards the local HR team and business functions.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will act as single point of contact for HR Operations related work for the HR generalist team. In doing so, you understand the UK/Ireland context and will have a view on and gather insights pertaining to the country operational needs. This role shephards a x-functional team (Tier 1, WFA, TR Ops, Payroll; occasionally with GQCR, PM and Compliance as required by the work) and as such, you support country x-functional workstreams to enable a holistic approach (for example: organizational shifts, store openings/closures, HR program roll-outs and HR Operations projects).
You share the HR Operations agenda with the local HR team and provide insights into the HR operations performance. In addition, you manage escalations to resolve operational issues with strong stakeholder management of local HR and the business and support the business in Works Council or Union engagement and Governmental Reporting.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sr Director HRCOS (EMEA, Greater China, Asia Pacific). You will be partnering across our HRCOS team and supporting cross-functional priorities. Extended stakeholder partners will include HR Business functional teams across EMEA, and also the local UK HR team based in London.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years' experience in HR, or a related field
- 2-3 years specifically within HR Operations is preferred
- Experience working within a large, complex, global business, preferably within an HR COE model
- Familiarity with various HR Systems (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow)
- Resourceful self-starter that anticipates problems, identifies opportunities, and coordinates across teams to proactively drive outcomes
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to details and task management to support various cross-functional operational priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with and collaborate all levels of the organization
- Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to lean in on critical tasks and get things done
