Job description

Main Responsibilities:
• Providing guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the Human Resources department
• Assisting in every aspect of human resources by responding to any mail queries from the employees
• Assisting with administrative duties including but not limited to HRIS update, filing, invoicing
• Keeping up to date with contracts, performance reviews, probationary periods
• Acting as initial degree of contact for queries and issues related to payroll
• Coordinating and participating in the recruitment process, from talent selection to onboarding duties
• Assisting and advising employees and managers regarding HR procedures and policies
• Updating the payroll spreadsheet with the relevant information
• Supporting the Head of HR and HR manager with disciplinary and grievance processes
• Support other assigned functions


  • At least 3 years’ experience as HR professional
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment regulations, payroll and HRIS
  • Attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable organisation skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
  • Highly resilient and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Starting date: 1st December 2020
Contract offered: 1 year with possibility of extension
